A Canadian national with broad working experience in strategy and organizational development for more than 25 years in the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and North America serving both public and private sectors.
He is the Founder of Lote Tree Partners company with projects in eight countries. Also founded Jaad Food company based in Singapore and has offices and warehouses in Malaysia and Indonesia. Passionate about coffee he has built an Indonesian coffee brand called Jaad Coffee that he is promoting to the world.
He also worked for government education authority as head of organisational development for 7 years in the Emirates of Dubai leading the strategic initiatives by the authority that support the development of education in the region.He was instrumental in developing and implementing the 5 years HR plan for the authority.He worked on developing young Emirati leadership program and also was the learning and growth champion at the authority.
With 17 years of experience in the UAE construction sector, Imran Bhatti brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Imran Bhatti’s extensive background makes him a valuable asset to any organization. His financial acumen and strategic vision contribute to successful business operations.
He is current serves as a General Manager at Rukn Al Salam Building Material Trading LLC, where he is responsible for financial planning, risk management, and optimizing financing for working capital, expansions.
